On June 24, it was the last day in this term. We held the regular meeting #467 with 29 members at Mina Park. And we had the installation ceremony that introduced new officers, gave club awards and thanked past officers. We also had the installation party with some food and drink.

Shonan TMC President L.C called the meeting to order.
Word of the Day “friend (n),friendly (adj) and friend-ship (n)”
TM E.M introduced and encouraged all the attendance to use the words in the meeting.

Business Session
Any active members who finished CC manual or 10 Ad speeches can return again to CC manual. (VPE) There are so many old documents just means record of STMC. President will dispose of unnecessary document notes. (President)

Introduction of Partners
The role’s explanation was omitted because of no visitors.
I introduced Grammarian TM H.M, Ah-Uh Counter TM E.M, Vote Counter TM A.M. and Timer TM K.K.

Joke Session
Joke Master TM A.M. introduced a difference story in the sanitary consciousness about food in visiting in India last month. His story was full of sense of humor.

Prepared Speech Session
We had four prepared speakers.
1st speaker was TM A.U. The title was “Super Senior” His speech project was CC #4 ”How to Say It”
He delivered an amazing story that an 81-year-old woman just created her own iPhone application with using visual aids effectively.
2nd speaker was TM M.H. The title was “Are you listening?” Her speech project was CC #8 ”Get Comfortable with Visual Aids”. She talked about audit of club finance report with some flash cards, gestures and vocal variety.
3rd speaker was TM J.Y. The title was “Why Do We Yawn?” Her speech object was CC #3 ”Get to the Point”She delivered her achievement of purposes of her speech with no note.
4th speaker was TM N.S. The title was “Yes, Virginia, There is a Santa Claus” Her speech project was Ad #16 “Interpretive Reading” She read her recommended book that an 8 year old girl asked which Santa Claus is or not to the editor of a newspaper.

Evaluation Session
TM H. S. General Evaluator handled the evaluation session.
1st evaluator TM Y.T. pointed that there was a good contrast between the old lady and new media.
2nd evaluator TM Y.T. pointed that the speaker’s energetic body actions looked like a drama on stage.
3rd evaluator TM Y.H. pointed that the speaker organized beginning, body and conclusion well.
4th evaluator TM Y.U. pointed that the speaker said loudly and slowly, and had attractive eye contacts.
