自宅officeでのお仕事に加え趣味のお話に聞きいりました。カンツォーネが歌えるなんですごい！

BobさんのIce breaker スピーチでした。Bobさんが海外で経験したお話を紹介してくださいました。とってExcitingなお話で時間をわすれてスピーチに聞き入りました。

1st Speaker えいさん　Title: 「Harmonica is Toy or Musical Instrument.」
最初のスピーチは、えいさんの「ハーモニカはおもちゃか楽器か」です。
まず、ハーモニカの歴史、種類、特徴、専用の譜面の読み方などを解説してくれました。それから、小学生のときのハーモニカとの遭遇から最近10年間の本格的訓練までの体験を通じて、ハーモニカはオーケストラにこそ加わっていないが、深い感覚を持つ楽器であるとハーモニカへの愛情を披露されました。

2nd Speaker Jadeさん　Title: 「Hawaiian Butterfly Song」
次のスピーチは、Jadeさんの「ハワイのバターフライ・ソング」です。
若い時、夫のウクレレに合わせて軽く明るいメロディのハワイの蝶々の歌を歌っていたときの高揚感と幸福感を、花々の間を飛び回っていたようだったとジェスチャもたっぷりに懐かしみ、今は現地でも歌われなくなったその歌を惜しんで、一部をアカペラで披露されました。

1st Speaker まいまいさん　Title: 「PPAP」
最初のマイマイさんのスピーチタイトルは“PPAP”で聞く前は何だろうと言う雰囲気で始まりました。それは[Pineapple Point An important stage of climate change Persuasively]の頭文字でした。ご自身がパイナップルを育てることに成功し、本来は熱帯地域でしか育たないものが何故日本のような温帯地域に育つのかという疑問から、彼女はパイナップルは地球温暖化に関して人々に警告していると思ったとのことです。そして大きな社会問題である地球温暖化防止のため、自治体、政治家や企業に任せるだけでなく、人々も省エネなどの努力をしましょうとの呼びかけで結ばれていました。

2nd Speaker カズオさん　Title: 「The Background of My English」
二番目のカズオさんのスピーチタイトルは“The Background of My English”で、技術的な仕事の中で覚えた英語なので偏っており、社交的な場面や日常生活では苦労する。言いたいことを正しく理解してもらうには、Simple and straightであることと
Exact or accurate であることが肝要だと学んだとの内容でした。これは英会話を学ぶ人々には大きなヒントになったと思います。
